1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gym Timer Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gym Timer Pro is a fitness timer application that provides:

- Customizable workout timers

- Round, swap, and rest timer functionality

- Custom background and logo options

- Custom sound alerts

- Cloud synchronization of preferences

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

- Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month

- Annual subscription: $83.88 per year (equivalent to $6.99 per month)

3.2 Billing and Renewal

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings

3.3 Free Trial

- New users receive a 7-day free trial

- After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the app and premium features

- You can cancel the trial at any time through your App Store account settings

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Acceptable Use

- Use the App only for lawful purposes

- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

- Do not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

5. Intellectual Property

- All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by PROJECT-JTH | Jesse Hart and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without explicit permission

6. Limitation of Liability

- The App is provided "as is" without any warranties

- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

- We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App

7. Changes to Terms

- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time

- Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
